Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufes des Verkaufsinnendienstes, Filiallager und der Auslieferung
- Unterstützung der Verkaufsmitarbeiter durch aktive Mitarbeit bei der Beratung unserer Kunden in technischen Fragen im persönlichen Kontakt in den Verkaufshäusern sowie am Telefon
- Abstimmung organisatorischer Abläufe mit dem Filialleiter und Sicherstellung von deren Einhaltung
- Koordination des Mitarbeitereinsatzes durch entsprechende Schicht- und Urlaubsplanung
- Vertretung der Filialleitung
- Überwachung der Warenbewegungsprozesse sowie die Kassenführung

Ihr Profil
- Technische Ausbildung mit guten kaufmännischen Kenntnissen
- Mehrjährige Berufs-, sowie Führungserfahrung
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Handel mit Kfz-Ersatzteilen und / oder im technischen Handel
- Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft
